Can you really fold to our exact spec?

Yes — that's the whole point. Rolled towels, folded sheet sets, stacked napkins, however you do it. We document your spec during onboarding and match it every delivery. Show us once.

What's your turnaround time?

Same-day standard for pickups before 11 a.m. Next-day for anything after. Emergencies handled case by case — we usually figure it out.

Do you charge by pound or by piece?

Both. Per-piece is predictable (great for restaurants). Per-pound is cheaper at volume (common for STRs). We quote both ways. You pick.

Are there minimums or contracts?

No long-term contracts. Month-to-month. Small minimum per pickup. No annual commitment, no early-termination fees.

Do you provide the linens, or do I?

Either. Use your own stock, or rent from us (common for restaurants and gyms). Most STR owners own their stock — we just clean and rotate.

What about damaged or lost linens?

Damage on us? We replace it. Period. For STRs, our inventory tracking shows you what's actually missing vs. just in the cycle.
